AI Knowledge Assistant

Turn your own documents into answers everyone can trust.

One grounded knowledge base answers your people, your agents and your customers — every reply drawn only from your approved documents and cited to its source. Nothing invented. Nothing sent outside. It runs on your own models, on your own premises.

How it works

What happens when someone asks

A question comes in, an answer goes out and
in between, the system only ever speaks from what you've approved.

Ask in plain language

A person, an agent mid-call, or a customer asks a question in their own words, in any of 60+ languages.

Retrieve from your knowledge

It searches your approved documents and web knowledge on your own servers, never a public model's memory.

Ground the answer

It composes the reply only from what it found, so the answer is anchored to your material not guessed.

Cite every source

Each answer names the document and passage it came from, so a reviewer can check it.

Deliver or generate

It returns the answer, hands the agent the exact passage, or drafts the document you asked for.

The platform

Everything to run knowledge on your own terms.

One place to bring your documents together, answer from them, and keep control of who sees what.

Grounded Q&A

Every answer drawn only from your internal documents and web knowledge, the engine that assists your agents.

Connect every source

Policy manuals, contracts, PDFs, shared drives and web knowledge, pulled into one index.

Says so when unsure

If the answer isn't in your sources, it tells you instead of filling the gap with a guess.

Access & permissions

Control who can ask what, so restricted knowledge stays with the people cleared to see it.

Your own models

Runs on your own self-hosted, fine-tuned models, no third-party API you don't control.

Always current

Re-indexes when your documents change, so an answer never quotes a version you've retired.

Why it matters

What it changes for the business

The point isn't the model, it's what happens once every answer your teams need is a question away.

Stop the hunt

Self-service answers cut the hours lost searching drives and the tickets that land on a specialist's desk.

Ramp people faster

A new agent or junior underwriter gets an expert answer on day one, instead of after months of training.

One source of truth

Staff, agents and customers all get the same approved answer in their context, not three versions from three people.

Keep it in-house

Sensitive knowledge answers questions without ever leaving your premises or training an outside model.

Use cases

Where grounded answers earn their place

Start where a wrong or slow answer costs the most then point it at the next stack of documents.

Banking

Agent assist at the desk

Instant policy and procedure answers mid-call, drawn from the current handbook.

Collections

Dispute & hardship guidance

The on-policy response for a tough conversation, cited so the agent can trust it.

Insurance

Underwriting Q&A

Juniors query the manual instead of interrupting a senior for every edge case.

Insurance

Policy & claims self-service

Customers get grounded answers about cover and claims around the clock.

Compliance

Information Security Q&A

Answer audit and vendor security questionnaires from your own ISMS, with sources.

Sales

RFP & proposal drafts

First drafts assembled from your approved content, so nobody starts from a blank page.

Legal

Contract generation

Draft from your own clause library, each clause traceable to the precedent it came from.

Operations

Summarize long documents

Turn manuals, reports and case files into the key points, without losing the detail.

Engineering

Code & test-data generation

Generate and validate against your own specs, for API testing and regression.

HR and L&D

New-hire onboarding

An AI-powered mentor built from your own SOPs, answering the questions new joiners repeat.

Generation studio

Draft from your own knowledge, not from a blank page.

Ask for a summary, an RFP response or a contract, and it assembles a first draft from your approved documents: Every passage traceable to the source it came from. Your team edits and signs off; the model fills nothing with a guess. It's the same grounded engine as the Q&A, pointed at a page instead of an answer.

  • Summariez, RFP responses and contracts, drafted from your sources
  • Every passage cited to its document, ready for review
  • Drafted on your own models, on your own premises

Questions

Answers before you ask

How do you stop it inventing answers?

It only answers from the documents and web knowledge you've approved, and it names the source for each answer. When the material doesn't cover a question, it says so rather than guessing, so a wrong answer can't quietly slip through as if it were fact.

Is our data used to train public models?

No. It runs on your own self-hosted models on your own infrastructure. Your documents stay on your premises and are never sent out or used to train an outside model, which is what lets security and legal teams sign off.

What can it connect to and read?

Policy manuals, contracts, PDFs, shared drives and web knowledge, brought into one index. When a document changes, it re-indexes, so answers follow your current version instead of a retired one.

Who can see which answers?

Access maps to your existing permissions. Restricted material, an ISMS, board papers, a private clause library, only answers questions for the people already cleared to see it.

Which languages does it handle?

60+. A customer or an agent can ask in their own language and get the answer back in the same one, even when the underlying document is written in another.

How is it priced?

Per usage, so the cost tracks the questions and drafts you actually run and stays easy to forecast not a per-token bill that surprises you at month end.

Can it write documents, or only answer questions?

Yes. It drafts summariez, RFP responses, contracts, training content and even code and test data all assembled from your own sources, with every passage cited for your team to review and approve.

How is this different from a public chatbot?

A public chatbot answers from a model's general memory, in the cloud, with no source. This answers only from your approved documents, cites each one, runs on your own models on your premises, and respects your permissions.
